Donít be concerned if you donít know which type of therapy will best help you. It can be scary to take the step to go to a therapist, feeling you donít understand the terms doesnít help.
Our initial session allows you the opportunity to meet me and get a feel for how I work. It allows me the opportunity to hear about you and your situation.
When we decide to work together there is always the opportunity to review the work and make changes we feel would be helpful. Together we decide which approach would be best for you.
If we feel at the initial session that working together is not the best course of action for you, but still feel therapy is the right thing, then I can help you explore what it is you need and help you find the right and appropriate help.
